Final External Evaluation “Connecting Energy Savings Solutions in housing for better Natural Resources Management and job creation” Project
The purpose of this End of Project (EOP) Evaluation is to assess the degree to which the GIZ funded project (from 2020 to 2022) has contributed to the Gere’s regional objectives, document achievements and evaluate project design and delivery in relation to relevance, impact and effectiveness, efficiency. Also, document the lessons learnt and set recommendations for the Gere’s future programming in the Afghanistan region.
